Alvaro Villalobos is a real estate Acquisition Manager here at Diamond Equity Investments Chicago Region. Alvaro was born in Chicago, Illinois. First generation of Mexican parents,He started working at the early age of 9 years old. Since both his parents family grew up on farms, work ethic was quickly taught as a core value.
By the time Alvaro was in high school, he knew real estate was for him but didn’t know how to start. After graduation and changing majors 3 times, business/finance inevitably became his passion.
Since he knew his parents sacrificed everything to move to the best county in the world to obtain the American Dream, his drive is to make his family proud and contribute to make that dream stay a reality. How so? By learning everything he possibly could about real estate (paid courses, books, YouTube, local real estate meetings, etc) and partnering up with Diamond Equity Investments at 23 years old to promote homeownership by buying, renovating, and selling homes to folks sharing the same dream.
Now his hobbies include spending time with his family and 1 year old son Benjamin, great food, traveling, and driving the Stang on the weekends.
