Bobby Sloan
Bob Sloan is a real estate Acquisition Manager with Diamond Equity Investments Chicago Region. Bob has always been good with math, geometry and numbers in general. In high school, he leveraged those skills into a competitive run with sailboat racing on Lake Michigan. Those same skills applied when he studied Mechanical Engineering at Arizona State University and once again when he returned to Chicago to run his own construction business.
Bob’s dream was always to fix up old houses, so he joined Diamond Equity Investments. He has been a driving force in buying & renovating dozens of houses throughout the Chicagoland region in the past few years. Challenging properties, situations, and title issues are no match-as Bob navigates those challenges smoothly to the closing table-alllowing sellers to leave those challenges in the rear view.
