Guillermo Beruben
Guillermo Beruben is a real estate Acquisition Manager at Diamond Equity Investments Chicago Region. Guillermo was born and raised in the Chicago area. He is a first generation Mexican son of 2 college graduates who relocated to the US for a better opportunity. This has given him an internal fire to out work his competition and internal drive to have continued success for his family. After high school he received a degree from Moraine Valley College and while attending UIC, worked in the fitness industry as an Executive V.P., assisting people in their journey to find their better self.
This has helped him with his transition into real estate with the same passion for helping people. When he is not working, he is spending his time with his family and 3 amazing children.

Maria said, “Wasn’t able to pay the mortgage payments – too much house. I feel relieved. You took care of everything for me.”
Charlene said, “I owed a lot of back taxes. I feel good cause I don’t have that hanging over me. Wanted to do it quick.”
Ms. Rose said, “My husband passed away-he was a veteran – time to move on to a warmer climate. I feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Realtor told me to come outta pocket! Go with Diamond!”
Derrick said, “Mom was going through some health issues – It was a process…emotionally. A lot of memories…”
Monica said, “My sister’s health has been deteriorating. The weight’s been lifted off my shoulders. You are terrific! You made me feel so much better!”
Elois said, “Condition of the house was pretty bad. I couldn’t take care of the house anymore.”
Helen said, “Doctor said he needed one level-couldn’t do the stairs. Feel very relieved-happy to be [near family]. I’ve got help now.”
Gloria said, “I was behind on payments due to Covid19. Happy with the way things turned out. Your reputation spoke for itself. You were very fair, I felt loved!”
Mike said, “My wife passed away, and not the same in the house without her. House will go to a good family who can take care of it.”
Gay said, “Was looking for a Cash, As Is kind of deal. I have a guaranteed amount that I walk away with.”
Mr Ryan said, “My mom died, my health declined. The (vandals) burnt the house up. I had a good feeling.”
