Felipe Villalobos
Felipe Villalobos is a real estate Acquisition Manager for Diamond Equity Investments Chicago Region. Felipe was born in Chicago to migrant parents from central Mexico. Felipe began in the restaurant business at age 14, before a brief stop in the car business and arriving at Diamond Equity in 2019. He is passionate about family, real estate, & cars.

Judy said, “Diamond Equity said they would buy the house As-Is – Flooding in the basement. I did have an agent-but he wasn’t helping me. Felipe was like a son. Big help to me. You have to trust them – go with Diamond Equity.”

Simone said, “My parents had passed & house was a burden. It’s bittersweet–[because] it was my childhood home.”
Jackie said, “I lost my husband and my son. Tough situation. You made me feel like I had a solution.”
Joanne said, “I’ve been there almost 50 years-time for a change. Problem finding a contract-just go on and sell the house.”
Edward said, “Getting older, thinking about retiring, wanted to downsize. House needed some improvements.”
