    Natan Sherman was born in Ashdod Israel 30 years ago. His family is from Lithuania and the former Soviet Union. They escaped from the Soviet Union 1990 to Israel where he was born. So they decided to move to Atlanta where his mom is a seasoned real estate agent. He grew up always wanting to eventually go into real estate as well. Dropping out of college to pursue sales career and dedicating his life to learning and becoming the best professional possible.

Typical guarantee amount is between 1%-5% of the purchase price. Guarantee limited to instances where Diamond Equity Investments, or it’s subsidiaries, do not perform (ie Close) on the contract. In instances where the closing must be delayed due to title clearance issues, occupancy issues, weather conditions, or acts of God, the Guarantee will not be paid, as Diamond Equity Investments would be considered still performing on the agreement.
